Shipping, Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Vasai Local (vasailocal.in). This page includes our Shipping & Delivery terms along with our limited Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the details below.


1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are shipped within 3 days of the order date.

  • No processing or shipping on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Timeline

  • Once shipped, orders are delivered within 7–10 business days.

  • Timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or remote-area logistics.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please enter accurate and complete delivery details.

  • If an order is returned due to wrong address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping will only occur after additional charges (if any) are paid.

Damaged or Delayed Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or is severely delayed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.

  • Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for support.


2. Return & Refund Policy (Size Mismatch Only)

Because our products are limited edition, returns are not accepted except in one specific case:

Eligible for Return/Exchange

You may request a return or exchange only if the size delivered to you does not match the size you ordered.

Not Eligible

We DO NOT accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Choosing the wrong size before ordering

  • Colour differences

  • Design preference

  • Delay by courier

  • Normal wear & tear after use

  • Any issue other than size mismatch from our side

Conditions for Size-Mismatch Returns

To qualify:

  1. Return will be acceptable within 4 days of delivery.

  2. The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  3. Clear photos/videos must be shared for verification.

  4. Approval is subject to review by Vasai Local.

If approved:

  • We will arrange an exchange for the correct size (based on availability).

  • If the size is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.

  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 7 days
